Rockstar Makita Suzuki’s David Vuillemin To Sit Out Remainder of AMA Motocross Nationals Season

Brea, CA (July 18, 2008) – American Suzuki Motor Corp. (ASMC) announced today
that David Vuillemin with the professional advice of his team has decided to sit out
the remainder of the Motocross Nationals to enable him to recover fully from his
many injuries throughout this very disappointing and frustrating year.
“I’d like to thank the team for the continual support I’ve received from all at Suzuki,
Particularly Roger DeCoster for his patience and understanding,” said Vuillemin.
“We feel it best for David to sit out the rest of the season and get himself healthy,”
said DeCoster. “We wish David the best in his future endeavors.”
