French WSB Results

By Dirck Edge

The final round of the WSB championship was held today in France. Troy Corser (Suzuki) had already secured the championship at the previous round.

In race one, Honda's Chris Vermeulen took a convincing victory after securing pole position. Following Vermeulen to the flag was Yukio Kagayama (Suzuki) in second and James Toseland (Ducati) in third. In race two, Lorenzo Lanzi (Ducati) took the win after Vermeulen had a mechanical issue and he failed to finish. Kagayama again finished second in race two, with Noriyuki Haga (Yamaha) third.
