Reading stories recently regarding BMW's plans to race, both on-road and off, made me think. Over the years, the Germans have brought a somewhat unique approach to automobile racing (Porsche and BMW come to mind) that is both methodical and intense. Impatient, as well, in that they typically look to win very early on when they join a series.
Having a German manufacturer on the grid will be a welcome change, and only add interest.
