While we are thinking about sportbikes (we just finished testing Honda's new CBR1000RR . . . stay tuned for our report), several new models are due for introduction next year from the Japanese. In the open class, Yamaha's R1 and Suzuki's GSX-R1000 are due for substantial revision, while Honda's CBR600RR and Kawasaki's ZX-6R should also be entirely new models for 2009 (introduced later this year).
