Honda’s Ricky Carmichael continued his domination of the 250 Supercross series last evening in Houston, Texas with his seventh win on the season. His closest rival in the championship, Yamaha’s David Vuillemin failed to make the podium (finishing in fourth), and drops 17 points behind Carmichael. Carmichael’s teammate Nathan Ramsey finished second, with Kawasaki’s Ezra Lusk third.
In the 125 class, the West series got underway after a long break. The Kawasaki of Matt Walker came home first ahead of Travis Preston (Honda). Preston gains ground on James Stewart (Kawasaki) in the points chase, as Stewart could only manage tenth place on the evening.
