Although you are not likely to see the entire bike for a few months, BMW has already set up a web site for its 2005 K1200S sport model. Take a look here.
Described as the most powerful BMW motorcycle of all time, the K1200S features an 1170cc four-cylinder engine mounted transversely, underneath the main frame. It also mentions the entirely new front suspension system (described earlier in MD), and claimed benefits in steering and braking.
Interestingly, the K1200S, as pure a sport bike as BMW has ever built, will be shaft drive. It will also feature electronically adjustable suspension and other innovations (BMW promises).
