Suzuki’s Ricky Carmichael won his second AMA 250 supercross main event in a row this evening in Anaheim, CA. After a close battle with Chad Reed ended with a Reed crash, Carmichael cruised to an easy victory with Reed (Yamaha) finishing second and Kevin Windham (Honda) finishing third. Carmichael takes over the points lead in the 250 class.
In the 125 Western Region main event, defending champion Ivan Tedesco (Kawasaki) took the win over Honda’s Andrew Short with Nathan Ramsey (KTM) finishing third. Tedesco now has sole possession of the points lead.
