Supercross Class Stats: Phoenix

The first race held in Phoenix was on March 16, 1991, and Jean-Michael Bayle won on a Honda.

Phoenix did not host a race from 1992-1998. In 1999, the championship returned to Phoenix and has been a fixture on the tour ever since. This will be the 14th time the gate will drop for a Supercross class race in Phoenix.

Ezra Lusk won his last Supercross class race in Phoenix on a Kawasaki in 2003.

James Stewart is the only rider to win Phoenix in both Supercross and Supercross Lites classes.

Ryan Dungey earned his first career Supercross class victory in Phoenix in 2010.

This will be the 14th time the gate will drop for a Supercross Lites class race in Phoenix.

James Stewart is the only rider to earned Supercross Lites class wins in back-to-back seasons. He accomplished this in 2002 and 2003.
