		<description>Frankly, Strickland&#039;s reply is not only embarrassing, it&#039;s a joke.  In the letter, Strickland states that statistics have shown the BAC of motorcyclists have been higher than vehicles (paraphrasing) and they&#039;ve found illegal handlebars and unsafe tires.  Really?  I&#039;d like to see that particular document and verify where the hell they got that information regarding BAC percentages.  Absolutely absurd.  Where&#039;s the statistic that shows how many inattentive drivers (texters, cell-talkers, blatant disregard for traffic, etc) killed innocent motorcyclists?  This is just another attempt to induce unwarranted control over the motorcycle community and I&#039;m appalled this sort of crap would ever pass through someone&#039;s hands without someone calling BS.  Do we need to have more motorcycle enthusiasts in office just so we can have some common sense imparted to these idiots?!</description>
