Max Biaggi (Aprilia) substantially cut into the WSB series points lead of Carlos Checa (Ducati) today in Spain. Checa crashed out of Race 1, which was won by Marco Melandri (Yamaha) with Biaggi finishing second and Leon Camier (Aprilia) finishing third. Biaggi came back to win Race 2 ahead of Melandri in second and Checa in third.
Checa still has a sizeable points lead after 7 of 13 rounds. For additional details, results and points, visit the official WSBÂ site.

still no IOM TT results on the site !

Here you go: http://www.iomtt.com/TT-2012/2011-TT-Results.aspx
I think the problem is that there are so many results to publish that it would muck up the site…

Thanks – appreciate you trying to help.
The point I was trying to make is that omitting the IOM and other major road race events is a pity.
A simple headline, one or two quotes from riders & even illustrious visitors plus documenting the link you give would suffice, and thus use less ‘space’ than much material on here.

Forza Max! Its only suitable that he should win four WSB titles in a row.

He won four 250 titles in a row (and perhaps stayed in that class for too long), so four WSB titles makes nice symmetry. On three more to go, Max!
