In it, the author notes that, in his championship-winning year, many hacks opined that it was the bike (and not Casey) who won the championship, and that those folks must've somehow missed the fact that former team mates (and extremely skilled riders) like Marco Melandri (and subsequently Hayden) were mid-packers or back-markers... on the same exact bike. Face reality folks: Casey will be World Champion again this year, and rightfully so. BTW "Elbows" is already one of Ben Spies' nicknames.
