Round two of the AMA Motocross series visited Northern California yesterday, where Mike Alessi (Suzuki) was perfect in the 450 class (1/1) to take the overall win ahead of second place Ivan Tedesco (Honda; 2/4) and third place Chad Reed (Suzuki; 6/3). Alessi has the points lead in the 450 championship series.
In the 250 division, Kawasaki’s Christophe Pourcel took the overall win (1/3) ahead of second place Trey Canard (Honda; 3/2) and third place Ryan Dungey (Suzuki; 7/1). Dungey maintains a points lead in the 250 championship series.
