Bimota’s rumored DB8 turns out to be another Ducati-engined superbike, this one with two seats and the larger, 1198cc engine. Priced at 23,000 Euro, the DB8 certainly isn’t cheap, but it undercuts the cost of the more exotic DB7 introduced last year by 3,000 Euro even though the DB7 features the smaller, 1098 motor. The DB7 does get more exotic carbon fiber body panels, higher spec suspension and wheels, however.
The new DB8 has yet to show up on Bimota’s U.S. website, and we lack any further details on pricing or availability here in the U.S.
