Eric Bostrom (Ducati) won his second AMA Superbike race of the series in convincing fashion today by leading every lap at Laguna Seca, California. Pole sitter Mat Mladin (Suzuki) stayed close to Bostrom for several laps before Bostrom pulled out to a sizeable lead. Mladin finished second ahead of teammate Aaron Yates, who got the best of a race-long battle with the third Yoshimura Suzuki rider Ben Spies.
