Ryan Hughes has apparently ended his effort to capture the AMA 125 motocross crown aboard a privateer Honda CRF250R, and has been seen practicing on a Suzuki RM-Z450. Apparently, Hughes will be riding for the Suzuki off-road team, and may compete on the RM-Z450 at some or all of the remaining AMA Outdoor Motocross races.
You may recall that Hughes beat many of the world’s top off-road stars (including enduro champions from Europe) at the Endurocross event in Vegas last year. Hughes is well know for his physical conditioning and his endurance, and obviously for his off-road riding skills. He could be quite a force for Suzuki off-road.
