In Race One at Misano today, Troy Bayliss (Ducati) extended his win streak to eight in a row with a victory over second place James Toseland (Honda) and third place Yukio Kagayama (Suzuki).
Race Two didn’t go quite so well for Bayliss, who crashed after the mid-point of the race — remounting to finish twelfth. Race Two was won by Andrew Pitt (Yamaha) over Alex Barros (Honda) and Noriyuki Haga (Yamaha).
