Kevin Windham (Honda) won the 250cc main event at the Las Vegas round of the AMA Supercross series this evening. Windham may have won the race, but Yamaha’s Chad Reed finished second in the final race of the series this evening to secure his first AMA Supercross championship. Finishing third this evening was Mike LaRocco (Honda).
In the 125 East/West shootout, James Stewart (Kawasaki) took the victory ahead of teammate Stephane Roncada, with Nathan Ramsey (Honda) finishing third.
Heath Voss (Yamaha) was crowned World Supercross GP champion this evening while finishing seventh in the 250 main event.
