Mat Mladin (Suzuki) won both AMA Superbike races at Barber Motorsports Park this weekend in close-fought battles with teammate Ben Spies. Miguel Duhamel (Honda) finished third in each race, making the podium identical on Saturday and Sunday.
Spies and Mladin are dominating the series so far, with Spies now holding a narrow eight point margin on teammate Mladin for the series championship.
